It's official. 83-year old Bill Cosby is finally going home. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has overturned all of his convictions saying they found an agreement with a previous prosecutor that prevents him from being charged in the case.
For the past two years, he has been serving a prison sentence in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for charges related to sexual assault. All in all, he had been accused by more than 60 women of rape, sexual battery, and sexual misconduct.

Cosby was charged in 2015 just days before a 12-year statue of limitations expired in his case, and had been sentenced to at least 10 years in prison. He was the first celebrity to be tried and convicted during the #MeToo era.
This past May, he was denied paroled after he refused to participate in sex offender programs. He reasoning was that it would indicate guilt on his behalf.
Since the very beginning, he has maintained his innocence.
Legal experts say that he could be released from prison within two weeks or sooner.
